Who We Are
BduTrader is a crypto trading intelligence platform operated by the BduTrader Analytics Team.
We provide algorithmic trading signals, cross-exchange arbitrage data, and related market analysis tools.
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at
bdutrader.com or contact us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
Information We Collect
Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, country, telephone number and a hashed password. This is required to create and manage your account.
Usage data: We may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and signal interactions to improve platform performance and detect abuse. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Communication data: If you contact us on Telegram (@abdahiman), WhatsApp, or email ([email protected]), we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry.
Exchange API keys: If you use our API auto-trading feature, your API keys are stored encrypted. We never have withdrawal permissions — keys are used solely to place trades per your subscribed signal plan.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to: deliver trading signals and arbitrage data to your account; send you signals in Telegram and WhatsApp per your subscription; process and manage your subscription plan; respond to support requests; and improve the accuracy and performance of our signal engine.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. API keys are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Account deletion removes your profile, subscription data, and any stored API keys from our active systems.
Cookies
We use session cookies solely to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that profile your behaviour across other websites.
Data Protection Law Compliance
BduTrader is committed to complying with applicable data protection legislation, including the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU/UK),
the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and equivalent national laws
where our users are based. The following principles govern how we handle all personal data:
Lawful basis: We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis —
primarily contractual necessity (to deliver your subscription),
legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention),
and consent (marketing communications, where applicable).
Data minimisation: We collect only what is strictly necessary for the service.
We do not collect sensitive categories of data (health, political, biometric, etc.).
Purpose limitation: Your data is used only for the purposes stated in this notice.
It is never repurposed, profiled, or processed in ways incompatible with the original collection purpose.
Storage limitation: We retain personal data only as long as your account is active
or as required to fulfil legal obligations. Upon deletion, data is purged within 30 days,
except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).
Accuracy: You may update your personal information at any time by contacting us.
We take reasonable steps to ensure data we hold is accurate and current.
Integrity & confidentiality: We apply technical and organisational measures —
encryption at rest, HTTPS in transit, access controls, hashed passwords — to protect personal data
against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.
No automated decision-making: We do not use your personal data for automated
profiling that produces legal or significant effects on you as an individual.
Signal generation is based on market data, not user profiles.
International transfers: Where data is processed outside your country of residence,
we ensure equivalent protection is in place via appropriate safeguards
(e.g. standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms under applicable law).
